The role of the wedding co-ordinator is to offer guidance and advice on decision making; make suggestions and offer ideas; collate all details as a concise check list and to ensure the smooth running of the wedding on the day.

The pricing structure is based on time and input spent by the wedding co-ordinator when working with the client.

This is summarised below:

  • Offering guidance and advice on all aspects of the wedding including venue, furniture, food and drink, entertainment, dress shopping, wedding cake, florist, photographer, invitations,  stationery, colour scheme, transport, favours, table plan
  • To work with your chosen suppliers to provide the best service and your desired results
  • Assist with decision making
  • Ensure all relevant parties have a running order of the day with all timings and responsibilities clearly set out
  • Ensure the smooth running of the whole event on the wedding day

 

  • Offering guidance and advice on colour schemes (working with your chosen venue and florist), furniture, food and drink, invitations & stationery, transport, favours, table plan
  • To work with your chosen suppliers to provide the best service and your desired results
  • Assist with decision making
  • Ensure all relevant parties have a running order of the day with all timings and responsibilities clearly set out
  • Ensure the smooth running of the whole event on the wedding day
  • Offering guidance and advice in the final lead up to the wedding day to ensure everything has been thought of
  • To work with your chosen suppliers to provide the best service and your desired results
  • Assist with last minute decision making, often helping simplify situations
  • Ensure all relevant parties have a running order of the day with all timings and responsibilities clearly set out
  • Ensure the smooth running of the whole event on the wedding day
