Food
Our food will engage and excite you. Our talented chefs combine classic dishes with a contemporary approach to delight and enchant. Quite simply – Food to impress.

Ingredients
The finest ingredients, seasonal, fresh and full of flavour. We enjoy sourcing suppliers who like us, love food. Local and artisan producers, often with farms and businesses passed down through generations, with a genuine passion for their produce and offering an array of marvellous seasonal goodies!

Quality & Welfare
A huge part of our success is due our suppliers. Our relationships have been established over many years and are all as local as geographically possible. They share a common love of food, with grass fed and ethically reared produce, often traditional farming methods, authentic and seasonal.

Our Team
A bunch of dedicated gourmands, chefs and back of house crew, bar and front of house staff, office team and operations team, all one thing in common – we love food. The Cavendish mission has always been the same, delivering fabulous food and exceptional events.

Suppliers
Seafood
From Brixham crab and West Mersea oysters to hand-dived scallops from Loch Fyne, we focus on British seafood and work with suppliers committed to protecting marine ecosystems and safeguarding stocks for future generations. We work closely with The Stickleback Fish Company to source seafood responsibly, prioritising ethical sourcing, sustainability and the health of our oceans. They hold MSC and ASC chain-of-custody certifications.

Meat
We believe great meat starts with responsible farming, high welfare standards and transparent supply chains. Working with trusted suppliers including Knepp Estate, known for its pioneering rewilding project, HG Walter, an independent family-run butcher, and the Ludgate family, who are just a stone’s throw from Cavendish HQ, we champion quality British meat from producers committed to animal welfare, sustainable farming, traceability and protecting the natural environment.

Fresh Produce
We work with Smith & Brock to source exceptional fresh produce, championing seasonal ingredients from trusted growers across the Home Counties and beyond. By considering seasonality, origin and journey to our kitchens, we aim to make thoughtful choices that celebrate freshness, support responsible growing practices and reduce unnecessary food miles.
