Our talented team of chefs enjoy writing creative menus, developing innovative ideas and executing dishes to be enjoyed and marvelled at by guests. With our kitchens based just 20 minutes from the Waddesdon Estate we have the wonderful opportunity to work with local suppliers and their seasonal produce to create exceptional dishes throughout the year.
