We were absolutely thrilled to once again be part of the action at Chestertons Polo in the Park, one of London’s most prestigious and vibrant summer events. Held at Hurlingham Park, the iconic tournament saw our incredible Cavendish team deliver an unforgettable catering and hospitality experience. Over the course of three days, our talented chefs crafted more than 5,000 meals, serving elegant canapés, three course lunches, cheese boards, afternoon tea and more — all designed to match the style and energy of this world-class event.
Set against the lush backdrop of Hurlingham Park, our hospitality took place in beautifully appointed marquees, purpose-built for the event to create an exclusive and immersive experience. These bespoke structures — including fully operational kitchens constructed from the ground up — allowed us to deliver restaurant-quality service in the heart of the park. Designed with elegance and comfort in mind, the marquees provided the perfect setting for our private and corporate clientele to enjoy premium dining and exceptional service while soaking in the atmosphere of world-class polo.
Behind the scenes, a dedicated team of hundreds of staff and chefs worked tirelessly to bring every detail to life with precision and passion. From early morning prep to the final plate served, our back-of-house operation was a finely tuned effort — a true collaboration of culinary expertise and logistical coordination. Every dish served was the result of meticulous planning, expert craftsmanship, and a shared commitment to excellence that our team brings to every Cavendish experience.
