Nestled in the grounds of Waddesdon is The Dairy, a venue that combines timeless beauty with a sense of intimacy. It is the most stunning location and one that we are privileged to deliver wonderful weddings and events at regularly and this one, for our lovely couple Chloe and James, working closely with the amazing Constance from Mrs T Weddings, was certainly no exception.
The Dairy's courtyard, covered with a clear marquee from Marquees & Pavilions, created a magical atmosphere where guests could enjoy the charm of the open space while still feeling beautifully enclosed, with the sky above adding a natural, ever-changing backdrop throughout the day and into the evening.
The ceremony took place in the South Hall, a fabulous barn-like space full of art and contemporary styling, adorned with stunning florals for the day from Honey Bunch.
We provided food and drink that complimented the wonderful occasion. Starters included a confit duck croquette, pickled carrot & cucumber with satay sauce. For their main, Chloe & James loved the idea of a "posh" roast dinner - with beef sourced only 10 miles from The Dairy - which went down an absolute treat with guests, helping themselves in a sharing style approach with duck fat roasted potatoes and Wookey Hole cauliflower cheese served to the table.
Crafted cocktails for the day included Negroni, Strawberry Daiquiri and Margarita.
Chloe & James's Tasting
As with all weddings, our couple joined us at our Long Crendon tasting kitchen to meet the chefs and craft their menu as well as sample lots of fabulous wine!
For us at Cavendish, this wedding was the perfect reminder of why we do what we do—helping to create unforgettable experiences for incredible couples like Chloe and James, in breathtaking places like The Dairy.
