Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of catering for a five-day Omoda car launch event at Windmill Hill, the perfect venue space for styled launch events on the beautiful Waddesdon Estate. With a different mix of guests and a fresh food offering each day, the event brought together car specialists, corporate clients, PR professionals, influencers and media for an exciting showcase of Omoda’s latest models.
The lunch setup in the Reading Room combined elegant dining with creative, monochromatic décor with a splash of colour coming from the floral arrangements, creating a striking but relaxed setting for guests to enjoy their meal.
Outside, Omoda’s cars took centre stage against the beautiful Waddesdon Estate, with spring sunshine and bright daffodils in bloom providing the perfect backdrop for the photographs.
Long tables were presented with generous sharing platters as requested in the client's brief, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed, sociable lunch together.
Every day was slightly different. On one of the days, we served delicious bowl food instead of a traditional buffet, offering guests a selection of beautifully presented roaming dishes that were easy to enjoy while networking.
Highlight menu items included:
Crispy prawns with glass noodles and ponzu sauce.
Panko chicken fillets with peanut & lemongrass sauce and peanut & jasmine rice.
Sweet meadow roasted apple with cider syrup and walnut crumble.
