An Augusta Package Wedding
We had the pleasure of catering for Eddy and May’s beautiful autumn wedding at Hedsor House. Their outdoor ceremony took place beneath the magnificent trees, with the elegant house providing a spectacular backdrop. The aisle was lined with beautiful florals, creating a romantic setting for our stylish couple to exchange their vows.
Hedsor House is a spectacular setting at any time of year, with its elegant architecture, sweeping gardens and beautiful grounds providing an unforgettable backdrop for a wedding.
From the house itself to the gardens and surrounding countryside, every corner offered a beautiful setting for a wonderful ceremony.
The wedding breakfast was styled in soft golds and whites, with candles creating an intimate warmth for guests. The tables were arranged in a U shape, with Eddy and May seated at the top, bringing everyone together around them. A harpist played throughout the room, adding to the atmosphere as guests settled in for the evening.
Our chefs created an equally elegant menu featuring black garlic glazed sirloin of Dexter beef with pommes Anna, French beans, béarnaise sauce and horseradish emulsion, as well as roasted venison haunch with carrot purée, venison sausage, walnut ketchup and Marmite potatoes.
Dessert was a delicate fig leaf panna cotta with fregola grapes and black pepper meringues.
As the evening unfolded, Eddy, May and their guests danced and partied the night away — bringing a wonderful October wedding to a memorable close.
