Henley Royal Regatta Hospitality with Tommy Banks and Cavendish Events
This year guests experienced the prestige of Henley Royal Regatta with an unforgettable culinary journey curated by Michelin-starred chef Tommy Banks, exclusively with Cavendish and Engage. As the UK’s most iconic rowing event unfolded on the Thames, Cavendish elevated the occasion yet again this year with an exquisite dining experience led by one of Britain’s most exciting chefs.

Behind the extraordinary dining experience at Henley Royal Regatta this year was an epic team of chefs led by Tommy Banks, working in partnership with Cavendish. This powerhouse brigade included some of the UK’s most exciting culinary talents.




Food



Tommy's menu featured a Herdwick Texel cross lamb dish, as well as lobster from Whitby in the North East.



For dessert, a lovely chocolate pudding with some foraged herbs including woodruff and meadowsweet.




Afternoon Tea
