Outdoor Ceremony Wedding At Hedsor House

In June, Emily and Ali celebrated their wedding at the beautiful Hedsor House, bringing together 80 guests for a quintessentially English garden party wedding. From an elegant outdoor ceremony to cocktails on the patio and dancing into the evening, it was the most joyful summer celebration!
Set amongst the Buckinghamshire countryside, Hedsor naturally provided a stunning backdrop for Emily and Ali’s nuptials. The gardens suited their vision perfectly, with the soft greens and dainty florals creating the feel of a classic English summer celebration.
Surrounded by their family and friends, the couple exchanged vows in a beautiful outdoor ceremony.
Outdoor Bar
The couple loved the idea of having an outdoor bar and chose to make it a real feature of their drinks reception. With the ceremony taking place on the south lawns, the patio could be used for the bar, giving guests a front-row view as our team prepared their drinks. Cocktails included a Rum Punch and our Cavendish Summer Spritz.
For the wedding breakfast, Emily and Ali chose beautiful linens, classic tableware and charger plates to add a little extra detail to the tables. The overall look remained soft and understated, with the muted creams and natural tones tying in beautifully with the garden setting.
The menu featured some classic dishes. Guests enjoyed crispy filo, poached egg, pea purée and pancetta lardons, followed by butter-roasted Cotswold chicken with potato dauphinoise, asparagus and Café de Paris, before finishing with rhubarb meringue tart and strawberry.
As the evening got underway, Emily and Ali took to the dance floor for a fabulously choreographed first dance, having put in some lessons beforehand.

From there, the celebrations continued with plenty of dancing, drinks and time spent with their guests — a fitting end to a fabulous summer wedding!
